1.  Decide which media is best for you: Internet version over computer without a textbook; home study for persons who prefer to work at home but not on the internet with a textbook and paper assignments; classroom for instructor led study or combination course for private tutoring or Fast Track with both homework and instructor led study.

2.  Register for the type course you prefer by clicking Prelicense tab to the left, then choose internet (RECampus), or scroll to down to view homestudy and upcoming classroom courses.  (Note: internet courses are self contained and require a registration for access to the course.  Classroom registration counts attendance and payment will only be processed once class has been confirmed approximately 1-5 days prior to class start.)

3. You must take the 60hr Real Estate Prelicense course first.  The 30hr New Affiliate course must be taken last, as you must use the information from the first course to complete the New Affiliate course. The entire process is outlined with the course or click how to become an agent to the right!
