Tennessee Real Estate License Requires 2 courses - 90 hours total  (click here for license requirements)

Course #1 - Real Estate Prelicense Course - 60 hours required education qualifies student to take the state license exam.

Course #2 - New Affiliate Course - 30 hours required education taken after the 60 hour course and before obtaining a license. 

TENNESSEE PRELICENSE COURSES OFFERED BY:  

• Classroom: Located in Bartlett, daytime and night schedules
• Internet Courses:  Register, pay and access the course totally over the internet in the comforts of your home or anywhere laptop. 
• Home study Workbook Courses:  This course has a textbook and workbook assignments the student must complete and submit to the school for credit.
