New Affiliate Course 30Hr

2nd course required to obtain your license for a real estate agent is 30hr New Affiliate Course.  You will apply your new knowledge from the 60 hr PreLicense course and learn basic real estate brokerage processing, sales and marketing to work as a real estate agent.  You will receive a certificate when you pass the course exam with a 70% or better for credit.  This course is not required prior to taking the exam but you must receive a certificate of completion for both the 30hr and 60hr courses and submit them with your application for licensure.
