Agents who have been licensed for three years must take this required course of 30 hours and have a total of 120+ hours to meet the broker education to take the Tennessee broker exam. This course does not prepare you for the broker exam. It is designed to guide a new broker into the responsibilities of managing a brokerage firm. An additional 120 hours of education is required within three years of issuance of your broker license. This course is approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. |
