Real Estate PreLicense 60Hr

The 60 hour Pre-license course required by State of Tennessee to be eligible to take the Tennessee Real Estate Exam. This is the introduction to real estate and fundamentals of real estate sales and marketing.  A textbook is included with classroom and workbook but not with the internet course. You will need paper,  pen and 3 ring binder.  Course is offered by classroom, internet and home study learning. See schedule of classes - offered times vary from 3 hours to 6 hours per session with a minimum class schedule of two weeks up to eight weeks.  Approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.  (Click to learn more about licensing requirements)
