30 Hr New Affiliate Workbook

Workbook course for pen and pencil. Home Study approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for distance learning is your opportunity to complete the 30hr requirement for licensing at home or out of the classroom.  The 30hr New Affiliate course prepares you to work as an agent with concepts and training insights on how to work the buyers, sellers and marketing yourself.  The course also includes how to interview with a broker, what technology is needed and how to plan your career.  

Unlike some other courses made up by someone in the school with just their notebook, our course actually has a textbook in which you can continue to use in your career planning.  You will receive the textbook, a workbook and answer sheets for submission by fax or scan to email, as well as regular mail submissions.  Course#4606
