Not scheduled; 9am - 3:00pm -30 hour course REQUIRED to obtain a Real Estate Broker license in Tennessee. Office Broker Management prepares the agent to setup and maintain an office for real estate agents. There are many other local steps required to open a business which may be different per county in which the business is located. Also, agents must have completed a total of 120 hours of continuing education credit (this 30 hr course is included in the 120ce) to be eligible to take the broker exam.
