Office Broker Mgmt Tutored Class Price: $225.00 March 12-16, 2012- Tutored sessions which will be scheduled individually with the student and instructor.  Typical times are 9:30am-2:00pm. This 30 hour course is REQUIRED to obtain a Real Estate Broker license in Tennessee. Office Broker Management prepares the agent to setup and maintain an office for real estate agents.  This course is in a project format for a student to research and apply both license requirements and business requirements to operate a real estate brokerage firm. There are many other local steps required to open a business which may be different per county in which the business is located.  Also, agents must have completed a total of 120 hours of continuing education credit (this 30 hr course  is included in the 120ce) to be eligible to take the broker exam.
