Broker Management Course

This is a 30-hour course for licensed real estate agents who are seeking to obtain a broker’s license in Tennessee. Please note that this course cannot be used for continuing education.

Broker Management will help you understand how to set up a real estate brokerage firm. It will also provide insights about your needs, the search for local ordinances, staffing, working with agents, handling funds, financial concerns, business entities, and applying for a firm license.

A certificate of completion must be presented to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission before a licensee is eligible to take the broker exam. Please see the PSI bulletin for exam application on the TREC website or once TREC approves broker eligibility go to for more information.

NOTE: This course does not prepare you for the broker exam. Each licensee should study same as a new agent to prepare for the exam with exam prep software from our website.  OR just take the online course for a complete review.  The Broker exam is based on ethical scenario questions.  So you must not only understand the initial affiliate broker exam but be able to make decisions applied to transactions.
