Established in 2005, Memphis Real Estate School offers all the required courses that will help you become a licensed real estate agent. Our small class sizes mean that each of our trainers can customize instruction to move slower or faster for your needs. You’ll be pleased to know that our courses can be taken in person as well as online. Your choice, as both methods are approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.

We’ll teach you all you need to know.
1st Course: 60-Hour Real Estate Principles
Provides the knowledge required to begin a career in real estate. Once completed, the candidate is eligible to sit for the Tennessee Affiliate Broker License Exam. Our classes are small, creating a personal learning environment for learning the basics of real estate. Completion is reported directly to the state exam provider. A certificate of completion is provided to the student as proof of completion for each course.
2nd Course: 30-Hour New Affiliate
Course requires you to apply the knowledge learned from the 60-Hour course to the practice of real estate in preparation for further training in the field. A certificate of completion is provided as proof of completion for each course.
Classroom courses total 90 hours to get a real estate license
